C.M.P.No. 11846 of 2022 in C.R.P. No. 2912 of 2016 T.V. THAMILSELVI, J.

Earlier, this court by an order dated 02.09.2022 passed an order allowing the above Civil Miscellaneous Petition on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai within a period of one week from the date of receipt of order and on such payment, the delay of 108 days was condoned.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner appeared and submitted a memo stating that the order copy was received by the petitioner on 20.09.2022 and the cost of Rs.1000/- was paid to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority and to that effect, the receipt issued by the said authority was enclosed.

3. On recording the memo filed by learned counsel for petitioner, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 108 days in filing the petition to restore the C.R.P. and to restore the above C.R.P.

4. Post the matter on 19.10.2022.
