This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2020 and to conduct an enquiry and pass orders.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and respondents 2 & 3 herein on the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2020 and conduct enquiry after giving opportunity of hearing to them and to dispose of the said representation submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
