The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 304 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision petition against the order passed by the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore in Crl.MP.No.10274 of 2021 in C.C.No.785 of 2012 dated 05.08.2021.

2. Ms.B.Poongkhulali, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 18.04.2024.
