Common Prayer:Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the first respondent in GO Ms No 582 Agriculture (AA3) Department dated 09.11.1995 and quash the same in so far as the fixation of ratio 91:9 between the direct recruitment and recruitment by transfer respectively is concerned, and direct the respondents to fix the ratio between the direct recruitment and recruitment by transfer as 33:67 or at least 50:50 and consequentially promote the petitioner as Assistant Engineer in accordance with the new ratio with all service and monetary benefits.
