ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Para 9(b) in Crl.M.P.No.3044 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para 9(b) of the order dated 21.04.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.3044 of 2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 pm until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every monday twice at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 pm until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
