ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr. S. Thirumurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that does not press this case. He accordingly prays that this Criminal Revision Case may be permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty to challenge the subsequent order before the trial court. 2.Mr. M. Dinesh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent, has no objection to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent order before the trial court, in accordance with the law. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
