These Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed by the Insurance Company praying to condone the delay of 741 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.9843/- in the above CMA and to condone the delay of 721 days in representing the above CMA respectively.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavits filed in support of the submissions made by the learned counsel. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed as prayed for.
