Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the third respondent in R.C.No.17969/C5/E3/09 dated 27.6.2014 and the subsequent proceedings in R.C.No.17969/C5/E3/09 dated 30.6.2014 and the consequential proceedings issued by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.4465/Aa2/2014 dated 30.6.2014 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to retire from service on reaching the age of superannuation on 30.6.2014 with benefit to re-employment till the end of the academic year up till 31.5.2015 with consequential benefits including payment of arrears of salary for the suspension period and in the promoted post of PG Assistant and other attendant and service benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

O R D E R

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, made a submission that the relief sought for in this writ petition is for re-employment till the end of the academic year. However, the academic year ended long back and therefore, the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition became vanished. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
