2. Earlier, the learned counsel appearing for the Cross Objector, has filed a memo to the Registry, seeking refund of Court fee and now, the Registry had clarified that appropriate action will be taken for refund of Court fee, since the petitioner in the Cross Objection Petition had withdrawn the Cross Objection, based on the terms of compromise entered into between the parties.

3. In view of the fact that the Registry has already initiated action for refund of Court fee, no further orders are required.
