O R D E R

The petitioner challenges the order passed by the General Manager, TASMAC dated 13.11.2013 before the respondent. Since the appeal was not taken up for consideration, the petitioner has come up with the Writ Petition.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC, on instructions, submitted that the appeal would be disposed of within a period of four weeks.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 2.12.2013 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
