This revision is filed challenging an order dismissing the defendant's application for condonation of delay of 1135 days in filing an application for setting aside the ex-parte decree passed in a suit for recovery of money.
2. In the affidavit filed in support of the application for condonation of delay, the revision petitioner has not pointedly given any specific reason, why the delay had occurred. He was elaborate much on certain defence, which he might have had to the cause of action, but then, this court looks for cause for the delay.
3. The trial court has also taken note of the same and has dismissed it.
4. This court does not find any illegality or irregularity or impropriety in the order of the trial court. This court, does not find any reason, whatsoever, to interfere with the order of the trial court.
5. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
