ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 12.08.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Section 4(1)(A), 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1)(i) of T.N.P.Act, in Crime No.554 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was in possession of 140 liters of illicit arrack. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and she has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 12.08.2021 Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are 25 previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are 25 previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
