ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the husband of the detenue - Mrs.Ranjitha and father of the minor detenue - K.Shivani and minor detenu - K.Siddharth. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent for production of the missing detenues.

2. The detenue - Ranjitha, who is the wife of the petitioner, is present in court along with her minor children. On enquiry, she has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner, who is her husband. She has further stated that she was not in the illegal custody of anybody.

3. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal custody involved and thus, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed accordingly setting the detenues at liberty.
