Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent, cancelling the offered One Time Settlement dated 05.02.2015 and thereby, to quash the same as unnecessary and arbitrary and also to issue the direction upon the respondent/bank to reschedule the time frame for compliance of One Time Settlement on the consensus terms of propositions by extending the time limit to 8 weeks on adverting to the RBI guidelines/directives/policies. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a fresh representation before the respondent bank for considering the request for One Time Settlement and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:

"withdrawn with liberty to make a fresh representation before the respondent bank for considering the request for OTS."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as aforestated, if so advised. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
