Notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with, since he remained exparte before the Tribunal. The 3rd respondent has already filed an appeal which is pending in CMA No.2259 of 2023.

This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 109 days in paying the deficit court fees.

Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 109 days is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the condone delay petition, which is at SR stage in CMA SR No.30043 of 2024 and list the same for hearing on 03.07.2024.
