This petition has been filed to relax the condition of appearing before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P. 17866 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.24047 of 2022 vide order dated 28.11.2022 in Crime No.65 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
