2.Memo has been filed by the 2nd plaintiff informing the Court that the 1st plaintiff herein has passed away on 22.07.2018.

He also informed the Court that the 2nd plaintiff and the 1st and 3rd defendants are the LRs of deceased 1st plaintiff and that they are already on record. The statement of the learned counsel is hereby recorded.
