Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for the relief of issuance of writ of certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the e-Auction Sale notice dated 10.02.2015 published in The New Indian Express, issued by the 1st respondent Bank published on 11.2.2015 and quash the same insofar as the property mentioned in item 1.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the auction purchaser submitted that an agreement has been reached between the petitioner and auction purchaser out of Court. Thus, the petitioner is not pressing the writ petition at this stage. An endorsement was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the following effect: ''In view of the compromise arrived between the auction purchaser the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.''
