Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent not to interfere or disturb the petitioner's possession of the above said property as well as not to insist him to vacate the property by adopting high handed manner and to provide police protection and restore him in his property as before 14.12.2007.

ORDER

The petitioner has sought for direction to the 4th respondent not to interfere or disturb the petitioner's possession of the above said property as well as not to insist https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

him to vacate the property by adopting high handed manner and to provide police protection and restore him

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On perusal of records, it is seen the the petitioner has already gave representations to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take action against 4th respondent, who colluded with 5th respondent and disturbing the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property. The said representations given by the petitioner are of the year 2017. Since, two years have been lapsed, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the concerned jurisdictional police on fresh cause of action. On receipt of the same, the concerned police official is directed to conduct enquiry by giving due opportunity to petitioner and the 5th respondent herein and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
