This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 168 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 01.10.2024 passed in S.C.No.54 of 2022 by the Special Court for POCSO Cases at Tiruvannamalai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 168 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
