Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings dated 14.12.2013 passed by the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.Manu.No.E3/175/13 and quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to survey the land which is situated under Survey No.410/1 situated at Parameswarimangalam Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District as per Patta No.509 by fixing boundary lines.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent.

2. Mr. A.Srinivasan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending writ petition, the petitioner died and he would take steps to substitute the petitioner with his legal representatives. For the very same reason, the matter has been adjourned by four times. But, till date, he is not in a position to substitute the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

4. Mr. R. Govindaswamy, the Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the land of the petitioner has been surveyed as early as on 29.11.2018 in the presence of the petitioner's son Ramachandran, and the relief sought for in this writ petition has been complied with.

5. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
