O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondent has drawn the attention of this Court to the memo dated 15.03.2016 filed by the petitioner to the effect that the parties have resolved their disputes

and thus, seeks to withdraw the petition. The learned counsel for the respondent has also produced the letter dated 29.02.2016 addressed to the respondent by the petitioner that they have instructed their counsel to withdraw the Original Petition.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
