Respondents This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of Declaration declaring that the Assignment Deed dated 17.12.2008 executed by the 1st respondent in favour of the 2nd respondent is null and void and non-est in the eye of law and consequently the action taken by the 2nd respondent pursuant to the Deed of Assignment dated 17.12.2008 is contrary to law and in violations of the section 28 of the Tamil Nadu Registration Act as amended by Registration Act 19 of 1997.
