ORDER

Heard Mr.C.Samadharma Arasu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, Additional Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. The Petitioner filed this petition to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 19.01.2015 for the purpose of modification of entries in UDR Patta No.427.

The petitioner was granted Patta No.427. But, according to him, after obtaining the same, the extent of the property has been reduced unilaterally without notice to the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner seeks for correction. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 19.01.2015 to the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contention, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2015 and issue appropriate direction to the competent authority to take note of the petitioner's grievance and act in accordance with law, after notice to the petitioner. The above direction shall be complied within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
