[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN,J] The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachment caused by the third 1/4

respondent in the land comprised in SF No.317 at Athanaripalayam Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District.

When this writ petition is taken up for consideration today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 drew the attention of this Court to the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent wherein it has been stated that encroachments have been removed and a pathway has been formed to enable the petitioner to reach her agricultural fields. Therefore, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.

In view of the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and by recording that the encroachment in Survey No. 317 has been removed and a pathway has been formed to enable the petitioner to reach her agricultural lands, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
