[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying to suspend the sentence passed against the petitioners by the learned Sessions Judge Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Villupuram in S.C.No.168/2016 dated 03.01.2023, pending disposal of Criminal Appeal and enlarge the petitioners on bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the endorsement so made, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Registry is directed to list the main Appeal in the due course.
