ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested on 15.04.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 8 ( c) r/w 20(b)(ii) (c), 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs and phychotropic Substances Act in Crime No.137 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were in possession of 21 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the law enforcing registered a case against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioners have been in jail from 15.04.2021. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners were in possession of 21 kgs of Ganja, which is commercial quantity. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the quantity of contraband involved in this case is of commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
