Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for all the records pertaining to the passing of the procedure for sending call letter to eligible candidates and the call letter No.BOAT2724161 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the condition that M.E./M.Tech or any other Post Graduation are not eligible and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner for the interview and selection for Apprenticeship Training.
