Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Na.Ka.90/2015/Aa1 dated 23.02.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary and against the rule of law and natural justice and consequently direct respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to extend the lease period for the petitioner's two wheeler and cycle stand as per G.O.Ms.92 Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 03.07.2007.
