Plaint under Order IV Rule 1 of O.S.Rules Read With Order VII, Rule 1 of CPC., prays for judgment and decree, directing the defendants a) jointly and severally to pay a sum of Rs.2,24,04,265/- together with interest at 24% per annum from the date of the plaint till the date of realization;

b) for a permanent injunction against the defendants, their men, agents, servants, any one claiming or acting on their behalf from in any way disturb the plaintiff or his family members either by sending threatening E-mails to him or by any manner what so ever and c) to pay the costs of the suit.

Uma Shankar for M/s.Srivatsava Associates For Defendants : Mr.K.R.Ramesh KUmar - - - - JUDGEMENT When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the plaintiff and the learned counsel for the defendants submitted that this matter has been compromised between the parties. Pursuant to the same, they have filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 30.10.2024 which has been duly signed by them and their respective counsel.

2. The said Joint Compromise Memo is recorded.

3. In view of the same, the suit is decreed in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo entered between the parties and the same shall form part of the decree. The Court Fee and counter claim court fee are ordered to be refunded as per law. No costs.
