By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to change the classification of land and delete the entry 'Nariyankuttai' in respect of the land in S.No.245/1, situated at Vasanthapuram Revenue Village, Namakkal District and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2023. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made representation before the respondents to change the classification of land and delete the entry 'Nariyankuttai' and to issue patta for his property in Survey No.245/1, situated at Vasanthapuram Revenue Village, Namakkal District. However, 2/4

the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
