ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. I Paul Nobel Devakumar and the learned counsel for the respondent and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking to consider his application dated 24.11.2011 to grant electricity service connection pursuant to the decree passed by the Civil Court in O.S.No.32 of 2012 on 21.02.2012, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tirupattur.

3. The suit has been decreed and mandatory injunction has been granted, granting electricity supply. It is not known as to whether any appeal has been preferred by the Electricity Board as against the said decree. In any event, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the authorities concerned. consider the representation of the petitioner however, by taking note of the facts stated therein and also the decree passed by the Civil Court and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
