S.S.SUNDAR, J., & D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J., This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant leave as 3 rd party, as respondents in the above Writ Petition for recalling the order dated 20.12.2023 passed in W.P.No.34623 of 2023. The prayer is confusing. The petitioners are not a party to the Writ Petition, but, states that they are aggrieved by the order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has not been heard before this Court passes the order in the Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to file a review petition as this Court cannot recall the order dated 20.12.2023 at the instance of a third party. The order impugned is one by which general direction was given on the basis of the statement of facts recorded and on the submissions of the learned counsel for the official respondents.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to seek review of the order, if they Page No.1/3

satisfy that there is an error apparent in the order or the petitioners are entitled to be heard.
