ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties as per the order made in Crl.OP.No.7814 of 2026 dated 27.03.2026.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that while granting anticipatory bail, this Court by an order dated 27.03.2026 in Crl.O.P. No.7814 of 2026, imposed one of the conditions that, the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. To extend the time to comply with the said condition, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 4.
There is no objection on the side of the respondent. 5.
Considering the said submission, the time to execute sureties as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.7814 of 2026 dated 27.03.2026, is extended till 01.06.2026.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. List the case on 03.06.2026.
