Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to permit the petitioner herein to perform the "Annual Poochattal Festival" by the petitioner in A/m.Athanooramman temple, situated in Vallarasampalayam, Padavedu Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District which commences from 17.3.2015 and will end on 3.4.2015 and also direct the fourth respondent to give necessary police protection https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
