Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit 50% of the cheque amount and he has also made an endorsement to that effect and the same reads as follows:- "the petitioner is ready to pay the 50% amount due to the order amount of Rs.60,000/- within two weeks."

3. The above said endorsement is recorded.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner is ready to deposit 50% of the cheque amount, this Court is of the considered view that the substantive sentence of imprisonment alone could be suspended pending revision. 5.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit 50% of the cheque amount on or before 19.08.2016, to the credit of CC.No.58 of 2014 on the file of Fast Track Court Magisterial level, Tiruvallur and on such deposit, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like

tsh sum to the satisfaction of the learned Fast Track Court Magisterial level, Tiruvallur and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the said Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
