(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J) This petition has been filed to issue direction forbearing the respondents from issuing No Objection Certificate to the 7th respondent to open and operate a New Road-side Petroleum Retail Outlet at SF No.337/1, Agrahara Samakulam Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore North, Coimbatore 641 110.
2.When the matter is called today, Mr.K.Makesh learned Government Pleader has produced a letter dated 19.08.2019 written by the 4th respondent to the 2nd respondent, rejecting the request of the 7th respondent. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been complied with and no further order is necessary.
3.Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
