Today, the matter had been listed under the caption for 'for being mentioned'

to correct the date of death of Santhalakshmi in paragraph No.2 of the order dated 13.09.2022 from '13.02.1990'

to '13.02.2019' and also the provision of law in paragraph No.1 of the said order from Section '276' to '278' of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.

2.The Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections in the order dated 13.09.2022 and issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner on 24.01.2023.
