Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 6th to 8th respondents herein to Refrain from interfering and to forbearing the respondents 9 to 11 stopping the petitioner herein in going to his properties who is in lawful possession and enjoyment of it ever since its purchase on 12.10.1998, 16.10.1998 respectively and the land is situated in Vada Vellore, Vellore - Taluk & District.

For Petitioner : Mr.M.Arumugam in all WPs.

For Respondent : Ms.M.Prabhavathi Nos.1 to 8 Additional Public Prosecutor in all WPs.

ORDER

The counsel for the petitioner in all WPs seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petitions and undertakes to file a memo to that effect.
