CMP.No.5186 of 2016 has been filed to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the appeal by the learned counsel for the petitioner/Insurance Company and M.P.No.2 of 2015 has been filed by the claimant seeking enhancement to condone the delay of 158 days in filing the appeal. 2.As there is no objection raised by both the learned counsel on either side, both these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeals and place the same before the National Lok Adalat which is scheduled to be held on 12.11.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to inform the injured/claimant to be present before the National Lok Adalat on 12.11.2016, without fail.
