JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, we are of the view that appropriate course of action for the appellant to follow would be to approach the learned Single Judge seeking vacation of the order, especially as the matter is listed tomorrow.

2. We are at this stage, not inclined to entertain the appeal.

3. The appeal is dismissed with the aforesaid observation. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.7344 of 2016 is closed.
