C.M.P.No.12961 of 2022 in C.M.A.Sr.No.75247 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 887 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.K.J.Sivakumar entered appearance for the sole respondent.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. It is made clear that the claimants will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 887 days.
