O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.68579/2024 dated 21.11.2024 before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate Additional Court for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases, Egmore, Chennai requiring the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every four months at 10.00 am.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
