The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 01.07.2014 passed in Tr.O.P.No.3 of 2014, by the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore.

Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner present and made a submission that the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. Further, the learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
