ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents herein to survey the property and fix boundary stones for the lands comprised in S.Nos.112/4A1B, 112/4A1C, 112/4A1D, 112/43B, 112/45, 112/4A1A3 situated at Kattur Village, Thiruvarur District in light of the petitioner's application dated 17.10.2023 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 17.10.2023 with a request to survey and earmark the boundaries of the the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on 2/4

merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
