..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for writ of Mandamus, Directing the 3rd respondent herein to dispose the representation dated 27.09.2016 submitted by the petitioner by strictly complying with the final order

dated 25.01.2019, vide proceeding Na.Ka.No.13381/E2/2018 issued by the 2nd respondent herein in order to issue separate revenue patta for the property in the name of the petitioner situated at Mugalivakkam Village, Plot No.V, 1st Avenue, Phase-2, Annai Velakanni Nagar, ad measuring 2400 sq.ft., at S.No.23/5B1, 23/5B2, within the stipulated period prescribed by this Hon'ble court.

Heard Mr.G.Thangavel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 and Mr.D.Baskar, learned counsel appearing for the 7th respondent.

2. After filing of the writ petition, I am informed that there have been proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent on 12.01.2021 in Se.Mu.No.A3/3824/2020, whereby, the patta issued in favour of Sivaramakrishnan/7th respondent herein was directed to cancel. After this particular order, patta has been issued in favour of petitioner on 22.02.2021. However, the leaned counsel appearing for the 7th respondent states that he has preferred an appeal against the said order.

3. This is not a subject matter of the present writ petition. As on date, the patta has been issued. Without entering into any discussion on the merits of the contention raised by the either side, the writ petition is closed, giving the liberty either the petitioner or the 7th respondent to pursue further steps in accordance with law.

4. With the above observations, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
