Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass appropriate order on the representation given by the petitioner dated 12.12.2014.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent for considering his representation dated 12-12-2014. In the said representation the petitioner has requested for survey of the property. It is seen that the representation has been given to the Collector with copies to the second and third respondents. 2.

In view of the limited prayer sought for to consider the representation, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh copy of the representation along with a copy of this order and a copy of the challan for payment of the survey charges https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and on receipt of the same, the second respondent shall consider the representation on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
