Respondents in all WPs Writ Petition Nos.1525,1526, & 2280 to 2288 of 2018: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent and third respondent to carry out proper inspection of the premises of the first respondent to verify if the first respondent is in compliance with the Bar Council Rules and Regulations as mandated by it in (Part-IV Legal Education Rules) namely Syllabus, Curriculums and the Semester system with a duration of not less than Eighteen weeks and also stipulations prescribed by the UGC, whether the first respondent is having adequate number of faculties with the prescribed qualification and requisite experience and to submit its inspection report before this Court within the stipulated time as directed by this Court.
