This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant / claimant seeking to condone the delay of 1590 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners / appellants. Despite serving notice on the respondents, there is no representation on behalf of them.

3. In view of the above, having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay of 1590 days in filing the above Appeal is condoned subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner / appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- as cost to the "Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai" on or before 04.10.2019; and (ii) The petitioner / appellant / claimant is not entitled to any interest for the default period, in the event of succeeding in the Appeal.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
