W.M.P.No.19348 of 2024 W.M.P.No.19348 of 2024 in W.P.No.30710 of 2014 P.T.ASHA, J., The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a substitution petition only to implead the wife of the deceased petitioner though he has left behind him surviving his parents, two sons and a daughter. The learned counsel for the petitioner is, therefore, directed to withdraw this petition and to file a proper substitution petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a proper petition. Post the matter on 24.07.2024, for filing a proper petition.
